During periods of excessive seaweed, there may be an unpleasant odor and the beach will not be accessible. The resort may provide transportation to a nearby beach while the resort beach is temporarily closed.*

General amenities: Wi-Fi, balcony/deck, air conditioning, heating, and cable TV. Max occupancy 2, 324 sq. feet
**Please note there is not a washer/dryer in the unit but the resort does have an onsite laundry room.**

As this is a timeshare property, you may be offered the opportunity to attend a vacation ownership meeting or timeshare tour. They may offer an incentive of free shows or gift certificates for restaurants. As our guest, you are in no way obligated to attend these meetings. Please be aware that any fees or costs associated with your voluntary participation is at your sole discretion and responsibility.
All Suites are resort owned and operated so, similar to a hotel, the inside of each suite type is the same and as pictured in the photo gallery. This includes the same furnishings, finishes and floor plan. Variations in color scheme or other small details may exist. The view and location of the suite is assigned by the resort and will differ for each guest. If you have a preference for a specific building, floor, view, or proximity to another guest(s) you can reach out to the resort directly after you have received your final confirmation 2 weeks prior to check-in. The resort may or may not accept particular requests ahead of time. **There are NO GUARANTEES as requests are granted at the resort's sole discretion.
Please communicate the name and address as it appears on the photo ID of the (1) person who will be handling check-in at the time of booking. This is a requirement of the resort and helps to offer a secure and convenient check in experience for our guests. Margaritaville is a lovely resort with friendly staff. The room was exactly described and very comfortable. We enjoyed the chairs on the balcony and appreciated the golf cart shuttles. We stayed in building 9 which was only one )long) flight of stairs to either the hillside pool or the lobby & pool.Because the beach isn’t swim able we spent most days catching a hotel shuttle or taxi to local beaches. The restaurant was ok- we enjoyed the cheeseburger in Paradise and blackened shrimp tacos. The service was hit and miss. We had two meals at the resort next door (Point Pleasant?) and thought their food was better. Coki beach is nearby and may be walking distance for younger and/or fitter folks. We found the shuttle to be ok. It’s a beautiful beach but we like Meagan’s Bay better.Overall a great trip!

I really enjoyed my stay! You can literally stay on the resort and still get the amazing beach views, pools, drinks, food, and music all in one place. Once I return, I will be staying here again. Plus the staff was always available and helpful no matter what time of day.

We loved the convenience to other beaches.
We didn’t like that there is only one restaurant with not many options, the margaritaville restaurant staff was not that friendly, seemed to always have attitude when dealing with customers/guests, and the service to be waited on was way too slow!! Lastly you should find a better accommodation room for guests leaving with later flight departure for a room with air conditioning to shower and cool off. The 2 side shower rooms outside made it miserable to get ready to leave.
