    Lovely staff members who had my room ready before check in time, amazing modern room with city view, comfy bed, central and walking distance to Queen Street mall, food and Riverstage

    The mirror was rusty (see picture), there was clipped nails on the furnitures and a lot of dusts all around. Needless to say that the shower sink was still wet after being cleaned, the cleaning was clearly not properly done. Pillow cases are smelly, parking is twice as expensive although multi entry. Location is amazing though. Overall 3/5
