    Thus is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff are all great. Very clean and modern hotel. Right in the middle of Times Square without us feeling the noise and busy outside once we are inside the hotel

    This was an amazing trip. The room was spacious, the rooftop bar and views were splendid. The location was perfect for our trip.

    The hotel was beautiful, the facilities were lovely and the doormen were kind and gracious. The concierge had a weird chip on their shoulder about my reservation for some reason and made check-in uncomfortable. And I find a box of chocolates and a card in my room later with someone else’s name on it. Weird.
