Our stay at Palmetto was nothing short of amazing! We had booked a reservation and didn’t know they had 2 properties, assuming they saw the disappointment when finding out we were across the street, the sweet lady at the front desk instantly informed us of an upgrade that not only was bigger, but was beachfront with an awesome balcony view. Of course we upgraded, & was so thankful for that decision!
Every staff member we saw or come in contact with was so friendly & it wasn’t because the job required it. It was genuine!
The cleanliness of the whole property amazed us!
The parking was even great!
The pool/hot tub was cleaned every morning, and the fact they have one indoor pool and one outdoor pool was very convenient!
We are already booked for our next trip!
Definitely recommend booking a reservation with this property!
