East end corner unit located on the 8th floor ( #801) allows you to enjoy the incredible views this condo offers from the all of the windows to the balcony. This 8th floor end unit actually has an approximate 12th floor elevation due to the four levels of covered, elevated parking for the building underneath.
This awesome condo is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bath, fully furnished gulf front corner unit with a large gulf front balcony and views you can't get anywhere else. Panoramic views of the sugar white sandy beaches and emerald waters of the gulf extending 50+ miles is just the beginning of what this condo offers it's guests!
Interior features a spacious & open floor plan (~1,849 sq. Ft.), raised ceilings, and crown molding throughout. The floor to ceiling glass throughout different areas in the condo truly maximize the spectacular views. The master bedroom offers incredible gulf views and balcony access and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet, double vanities, garden tub to relax in, and separate shower.
This unit sleeps 8 guests in beds, is upgraded with contemporary decor and flat screen tvs, and has a full size washer & dryer with storage. Palazzo is a highly desired, sought after location on the west end of Panama City Beach with 220 ft. of deeded beach access. Other amenities include elevated gulf front heated pool and spa, fitness facility, vending, and a meeting room. Unlike the competition, Palazzo is a low density building consisting of only 129 direct gulf front units. At Palazzo, you are less than 20 minutes from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).

Pros: Spectacular ocean view!
Clear check in/out instructions.
Nice pool/hot tub in the common area and updated deck leading to the ocean.
Cons: Mattress in primary bedroom needs to be replaced. Its worn out on each side and caused sleepless nights.
I specifically chose lodging with a full cook kitchen due to the 7 day stay and was disappointed at what was provided. It's time to replace the low level appliances. The front right eye on the stove did not regulate properly causing the eye to stay hotter than necessary. Therefore, I was constantly adjusting the temp knob to try and get an even cook.
The oven took FOREVER to reach average heat of 350.
The few knives that were still in the block were dull. One had a broken tip. The pots and pans with nonstick coating were scratched and unsafe to use for cooking. One pot was warped and wasn't used because I was afraid it would wobble off the eye. I had to purchase a frying pan and pot to cook with.
There was hair on the kitchen counter and in the utensil drawer.
The washer/dryer both have signicant rust on top.
Bring your own towels/washclothes. Some of the (Clean) ones that were provided were clearly stained.
