We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It was in a fantastic location near everything you need! The beds were comfortable and there was daily service which is rare to find these days. They were very accommodating, my daughter was on antibiotics that needed to be refrigerated so they brought a fridge up to the room.

I had prepaid this room and sent a Credit Card Auth form so they can charge “incidentals” . To get in touch with anyone at front desk was a mission. In one day I called 16 times they would put me on hold and drop the call. On Thursday I finally got someone to answer advised to charge incidentals to the CC sent via Credit Card Auth. Form. Aisha made the note on the reservation however the instructions were not followed. I called front desk again no one answers or it goes on hold and then the call drops. When Amy’s checked out NO one was at front desk I was charged $*** to my card not the CC sent via CCA. Again called no manager on site the employee tells me I have to call back to speak with a manager. This is not good customer service at all not reading notes on the reservation, not answering the phones, not training staff on how to access CCA forms to confirm. One has to speak with only a manager. Train better the staff give them the tools to do their job so they don’t have to depend on a manager. Learn to read and follow instruction's. This was the first time making a reservation at your hotel and it was just a mess.
