    There may have been bad reviews of this hotel. But what we have experienced was nice . Both receptionist (male & female) are nice. Hotel room is ok, but needs cleaning before handing over to guests. Bath towels are small. But overall we have such a nice and ward experience. I'll book again if I'll be returning to Busan.

    Location-wise, it’s great. Only a few minutes from subway station and a walkable distance to Seomyeon. Staffs were friendly but they couldn’t offer much help due to the hotel’s lack of maintenance. The condition of the room was different from the photos shown on the app which were bright and clean. The actual room was dark and worn out. The beds were hard and dirty with stains. There was no trash bag in the bin and I doubt if they clean it after use. The worst part was the toilet - no automatic flushing. Tissues couldn’t put in the toilet to avoid clogging. OMG All the manual flushing was a hassle, not to mention the smelly sewage smell inside. If the photos reflect the reality, we travelers will know what to expect and prepare the worst.
