This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The rooms are absolutely nothing like the photos advertised. We paid for a Deluxe Room with an outside view, but were given a small, dark room with no exterior windows at all.
When I brought this up, the owner refused to take responsibility and claimed that the hotel was undergoing renovations, which was clearly not true. There were no renovations taking place. Only after I firmly insisted and told him that I would report the situation to the appropriate authorities did he agree to move us to another room. The second room was slightly better, but it still looked nothing like the pictures used to advertise the hotel.
The hallways were kept completely dark most of the time, making it difficult to see where you were walking. It honestly felt like they didn't even want to spend money turning on the lights. The air conditioner was also in poor condition and made an extremely loud and unpleasant noise.
The customer service was terrible from beginning to end. The hotel is misleading customers with photos that do not represent the actual rooms, and the staff is unwilling to resolve issues unless you strongly confront them.
I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed here for the BTS concert in Busan. The manager was so kind to let us check in early and check out at 12pm for an additional 30k won only. It was such a good deal! The room was soooo spacious and the location was so near the subway and convenience stores!!!
Overall it was such a good experience!!! Will def stay here again and recommend ๐

The room was unclean and has no facility, and looked like they didnโt prepare it ahead of a new guest. No soap, paste or essential was provided. The check-in time is quite terrible and the fact that you have to pay to get earlier check in is annoying. Almost every โnormalโ services was charged.
The only good thing is the closeness to the subway station.
