This is my fourth time checking in here. My previous stays were great, but this time I couldn’t sleep well because some other guests outside were arguing and shouting in the middle of the night. It was very noisy.

Good side to the spa is it's big enough for two chubby people to fit comfortably in but a bit awkward to get in and out of with a step. Spa heater seems not barely work if work at all, need to regularly top up with hot water if staying in it for lengthy periods. Downside was first use we had to clean rust coloured muck from the top, empty it and refill it before getting in it. The shower head is amazing, water hot. Bottle of shower gel is watered down and practically useless to clean with. Pealing ceiling paint in bathroom makes if feel a little dingy. The room has a large space beside the bed that's wasted with a tiny table that could be larger to eat comfortably on. Bed is well worn right side barely worn left side. Pillows feel thin and worn and too many of them (6). Staff are polite and welcoming. Major downside is the noise from the traffic from Great Eastern Hwy is loud with the door closed. My personal opinion is it's a little overpriced for what it is. No bathrobes, crappy kettle, no noise reduction, shagged out bed, watered down bathroom products makes itworth $*** less. From experience there's better value for money elsewhere in Perth.
