The Room was clean, the Riad itself looks Amazing on the pics but definitely needs a little bit of a TLC a refresh would bring it up to date again. The Aesthetics do stand out someone has really put some heart and soul into the design and look.
What really makes the experience good is the Staff, they are a wonderful Team always smiling and helpful. The Breakfast was good way to start the day.

I had a lovely stay at the Riad Awa , the staff was exception ( they go above and beyond for their guests ), the Riad is located in the edge of the kabash , everything is within walking distance (restaurants , attractions , access to taxis ) . It is a nice quiet oasis away from the hustle of the city .
If I ever go back to Marrakesh , I will stay here again .

This guesthouse in the old town of Marrakech isn’t brand new, but it’s quite clean. The breakfast is pretty good.
