Riad D'Airain

The location is perfect. The place was spotless. The decor was so authentic and the litte pool was so refreshing after being out in the sun .The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was lovely, the sun bathing area was super and we often sat on the terrace in the evening before heading out to town. They organised a taxi to and from the airport at a small cost.

Nothing it was perfect

Lovely little Riad, the hosts were super friendly and accommodating and were probably the stand out feature of the place. The location was great, waking distance to most places. I traveled solo as a female and felt completely safe. You get what you pay for so it’s good value for money if you plan to be out and about a lot which I was.

Aircon didn’t seem to work, nor did the little fridge in my room. These were not major issues.

Great location. Lovely decor kept traditional. Staff, especially the cleaning ladies were so lovely. Breakfast was very nice.

Nothing boursin stay was great@

We had a lovely stay at the riad, and I would especially like to mention Lady Bouschra, who was absolutely amazing. She was warm, helpful, and welcoming, and truly made us feel well looked after. Unfortunately, our experience with the gentleman working the night shift was less positive. He did not seem particularly welcoming or accommodating, especially when we needed to leave very early to catch our flight. His comments about the early departure made us feel somewhat uncomfortable. We had also informed the riad well in advance that we might need a packed breakfast/lunch if we missed a meal due to our schedule. At other accommodations during our trip, the staff were happy to prepare something for us. Unfortunately, this was not possible here, which was disappointing. Overall, Lady Bouschra was a real highlight of our stay, but the lack of flexibility and the attitude of the night staff affected our overall experience.
