Very nice view from the balcony! Also Mrs. Olga is very Kind and caring. We got all we needed. The beach was 1 minute away from the apartment. The cooking equipment is qualitative and usable.
The apartment should be called a room, as it’s only as big as a small room. The neighbors underneath were smoking all the time, therefore the balcony couldn’t always be used (as a non-smoker) or when opening the door for letting fresh air in, it smelled like cigarettes inside. But the apartment itself didn’t lack anything!

The location of the apartment is excellent, a few minutes' walk to the first beach, restaurants, cafes. Parking is free and right next to the apartment. The view from the balcony is towards the sea and the city, very nice.
Communication by phone was not possible because the number on Booking is not the one they use in Croatia. It was not the easiest to find an apartment. The parking lot is quite narrow, but I managed to park with my small car. The apartment is quite small, we expected more for the price.

The apartment was clean and sufficient for a couple and 2 children. The bathroom is big with a bathtub, were also big and tall people can have a proper shower without having claustrophobia.
There was a functional wash machine even with washing powder. There were 2 air condition units, so that you could independently cool the living and bed room. This set up is very rare unfortunately.
The view out of the window was very nice, overlooking the sea.
There were free parking spaces available.
The apartment is located close to the beach, but very steep uphill. So be aware if you are physically not fit or don’t like to walk steep stairs.
