Villa ARINA - Apartments 20 m from Beach, Tucepi

Villa Arina exceeded all of our expectations. The location is absolutely breathtaking - set in a peaceful, quieter part of the resort just 20 meters from the coast, with a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea. Communication with host Alexander before our arrival was seamless. Even though we arrived late at night, he was extremely understanding, welcoming, and helpful right from the start. The apartment itself is newly furnished, modern, and spotlessly clean. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. One of our absolute favorite memories was having dinner on the balcony while enjoying the spectacular panoramic view. Alexander is a truly exceptional host. He gave us wonderful local recommendations, answered all our questions, and even went above and beyond by helping us retrieve a piece of luggage we had accidentally left in town. This was one of many stops on our family trip across Europe, but without a doubt, it was the absolute highlight of our journey. We would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this apartment. It was very clean, modern, and exceptionally well equipped, including a washing machine, which was very convenient. The apartment has a large balcony where we enjoyed spending time. The owner was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. As a lovely surprise, our children even received small gifts, which made them very happy. The location is perfect—just a few steps from the beach, with everything close by. We would happily stay here again!

We stayed in the apartment for 7 days. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The host Aleksandar is a great person, helpful, kind and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a peaceful vacation in Tučepi.
