Deluxe Apartment F & M

All was fine.

Apartments have almost everything you need, dishwasher, with tablets, washing machine, with wash powder, big and comfortable kitchen with plenty of dishes and dining room with big table and comfortable couch. It is situated very close to city beach, also small markets are nearby. Also there is very beautiful beach 20 min walk from appartment away from city. We liked it more - less people, more pines, possibility to hang hammock. Private parking places are also available near apartments and are free of charge. Apartments have big beautiful bathroom, though you can't take a bath, as there are no water stopper in a bath and 50l boiler is too small to fill so big volume. Also there is one very small bathroom in a smaller bedroom, I have described before. Apartments have 2 bedrooms, in one bedroom there are king size, comfortable bed (my friends were there) and owner was so kind to provide a crib for the smallest baby. Also this bedroom has balcony and air conditioner. The other bedroom ( I have described before) have no air conditioner. Wifi signal is strong enough to have video meetings using MS Teams. An owner has prepared additional table for me to work with my notebook. Appartment have stylish design and cool lighting. It also have a big TV and we have even watched football once in the evening on it.

We have rented the biggest apartments with two bedrooms together with our friends. Total 4 grown-ups and 3 small children (3, 5, 7 years old). And it is not assigned for 4 grown-ups in fact as declared. It is my first negative experience during last 8 years, and we are experienced travelers, traveling 2-3 times a year, mostly in Europe (Germany, Italy, France, Spain). Very uncomfortable bed, my back still hurts after 2 weeks sleeping on it. It was squeezing very noisy during every move and uncomfortable for my back. Also it is very small as for two grown-ups. No microwave in appartment, so to warm up milk and food for kids you will need to use a hob. Though in common corridor there is an ancient microwave, and we have 3 times used it to warm up breakfast for smallest kid, but the owner has noticed it and asked us not use it any more, so did we. Toilet in apartment have strange door with no lock and bad hermetical properties. Boiler is only 50l, and for the family with 1 kid it is not enough, I have been washing my head in cold water several times. Water from shower was leaking on the floor every time, it has some defects in construction. We have forgotten to switch off the light on the balcony once and the owner texted me the same day with remark not to do it any more. For 2 weeks there were no room cleaning and no proposals for it. My friends have rented cheaper appartment nearby and it was cleaned several times during their stay. During check out, the owner has inspected the appartment checking haven't we steal towels. Front door was closing very noisy because of through wind (when balcony door was opened) and absence of special door closer and it was hard, especially for kids, to close it quiet, as they didn't handle to catch it before closing in time. We have also received warning messages from owner about loud door closing.
