    Its a laid back like province feels in the city...staff are not so acvomodating than the 2 previous stay is so welcoming....Aircon you should be aware so noisy and we request another room....and dont forget uour booking because one time if booked for my birthday...and i really forgot...but the hotel its really not calling you or hey you have bookings here...its paid but it is what it is...mabuti pang ibang hotel may notification....honest lang ako and 50/50 chance n bumalik ako.malayo pa man sa amin nag effort ako pero yung hotel walang effort sa customer nila...bayad n kasi....so guys be aware of this....

    Microtel by Wyndham at UP Technohub used to be one of my favorite hotels in Manila. I stayed here back in 2017, and I remember the hotel being very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. That positive experience was exactly why I decided to stay here again when I returned to the Philippines. This time, I booked two rooms for my family and originally planned to stay for about two weeks. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the condition of the rooms. From the moment we settled in, we noticed that the quality was completely different from what I remembered. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and they were also very noisy. The bathrooms did not feel properly cleaned, and the bedrooms were not as clean or well maintained as they were during my stay in 2017. I understand that hotels get older and things change over the years, but cleanliness and a comfortable bed are two of the most important things I expect when staying at a hotel—especially for a two-week reservation. I really wanted to enjoy this hotel again because I had such good memories of staying here before. Unfortunately, I was not comfortable spending two weeks in these conditions, so I ended up canceling the rest of my reservation and moving to another hotel. It is disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite places to stay. I truly hope management considers updating the rooms, improving the beds, and paying more attention to cleanliness so the hotel can return to the quality I remember from 2017. Sadly, based on this recent experience, I would not choose to stay here again unless improvements are made.
