We had a great time. The property had everything we needed for our stay to make it comfortable and enjoyable for our family. We would definitely stay here again! It was clean, spacious, good kitchen and beds were comfy. We visited Zion National Park and couple State parks during our stay.

Beautiful property, almost everything inside the house looked new or unused, clean, comfortable; bunk beds in both rooms was a good idea; My kids enjoyed the pool outside with the slides and lazy river. The only negative is the big screen in the living room did not work.

This condo was perfect for our family. Easy to access the unit. Great patio. Rooms and kitchen were super nice. Easy access to St. George and both Zion entrances. Outdoor pool was amazing. My kids loved to have the indoor pool to themselves. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great, comfortable and clean. Kind of wished the kitchen was stocked better and the grill was too dirty to cook on. The instructions to enter the unit weren’t clear so it took quite a while to figure out we needed to walk up 3 flights of stairs from the front instead of using the door with the unit number in the garage.

We stayed three nights with our two college age children. There was plenty of space for eating and watching TV. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The balcony was spacious with a gas grill and fireplace. The complex seemed pretty empty, we only saw a few other people during our stay. We used the pool and basketball court, both were very nice. This property was nice, but it seemed a little unkept. There were beer cans in the bushes at the bottom of the stairs for our entire stay. There was a big hole in the screen on the patio door. There was no cover on the ceiling fan light in one of the bedrooms and several light bulbs were out.

Well appointed and very quiet location. Loved the outdoor patio and fireplace but did not like the bright daylight bulbs everywhere. Nice parking under the unit. Some things did not work, like the ice maker and the lock on a bedroom door. In all, very good experience and would stay again.

Th e real problem was it wasn't the address you gave me and it didn't have all that was on the original agreement. It was more of a apartment set up. Didn't look like the pics when I signed up. I'm still trying to decide if I should ask for some of my money back...anyway it was clean and we made it work. They said they didn't have a history of theaddress you gave me. Thx

The condo was clean and decently stocked with items needed to cook. The bathrooms had a random selectio of soap and shampoo--not enough for more than a one night stay for a couple. The master bath only had one bath towel. The showers need shelves or some place to put hygiene items, so they're not on the floor. The address link wasn't properly linked out--needs resolving between google and the US Post Office. Great response from the host and private rentals. Pool areas were great.

really nice property. incredible bathroom, shower, and tub. they were huge and really nice. we arrived at night. the building address is really difficult to see because it's painted the same color as the brown building, and it's higher than the brights on the car shine. no elevator for third floor stays.

So beautiful and quiet. The master bed was so comfortable and the blackouts blocked all the light. The living area had the best couch and the fireplace was great on the chilly nights we had. The jetted tub needs cleaning and shot out little black things so we just used the showers which we loved. The microwave was a little glitchy to close but overall we just loved our stay. Oh and we loved the community pool.

Overall great experience, once we got in. Had a mix up with the buildings and went to the wrong apartment at first. After finally getting in touch with the property and headed in the right direction our stay was great. Nice place overall and easy basecamp for our national park drives. The property looks good on the web site,but there is no maintenance, outside is in disrepair, all outside light fixtures are outdated and in awful condition, pool area needs attention, pool chairs were broken,pool deck concrete cracked and in need of repair, front of office water feature not working, parking garages dark and dirty,again,old and outdated light fixtures, talked to a manager,who said she just started 2 weeks ago,brought some of these problems to her attention, she was awesome, she had most of the pool chairs repaired, but we were leaving by the time they were repaired, she is probably going to be the saving grace for this property,now lets start with the unit,the bed was terrible, old mattress with a 2 inch foam mattress,no fitted sheet,dusty,had to go out and buy face cloths,found 2 in the unit,both were dirty and gross,shower floor looked like it was never cleaned, black mold on bottom of walls near floor,tv in living room didn't have regular cable,so you only could watch movies,you needed to go into the bedroom and lay on the bed to watch regular tv,which was a pain,especially when you wanted to watch the news and not wake up your partner,all in all,i would not recommend this property to anyone untill they fix all of the problems and update the property. This could be a nice place to stay if updated and the owners of the unit i stayed in and the property owners put some time and money in updates !!

The place is cute, enough space for a family. The cleaning procedures need a bit of an overhaul, the place needed to be wiped down by us. The counters were stained and had stuck on food. The bathroom needed additional attention when cleaned. The place needs some tlc overall. Things are looking worn and the couches were very stained and socks and trash left behind from the previous guest. The outdoor patio area is nice but not very private as the doors don’t lock and we had people walk through while we were there. Some of the outdoor lights did not work at night so it was a bit dark. Overall I would stay again just hope next time it’s better taken care of. The contactless check in is great. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool area were clean. Great location!

Loved Coral Springs! Quality place. I do wish there would've been tennis balls and or pickle balls, but that's minor. The only real issue was the locals had no problem coming in to enjoy the pool facilities. There were several of them. They were a bit creepy and inappropriate. It made me uncomfortable with my kids being in the same pool and I definitely wasn't going to let them go near the hot tub while they were in it. Would be nice if the main entrance had a security code specific for the paying patrons.

This is a beautiful property! We had a three bedroom condo on the top floor. The view of the mountains and sunset was great! This is more of a condo rental than a hotel stay. There is no staff on site. Checking ourselves in and out without an elevator and two small kids was a bit tough. The room was wonderful, kitchen great, furnished beautifully, everything comfortable. I didnt realize there was a cleaning fee on top of the room fee, so look for that before booking. They also tried to charge the incorrect amount and I had to call them to have it corrected. Great stay, but watch the charges carefully. :)
