This beautiful Villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This home is truly your home away from home. This brand-new villa is in the new Ladera Community near Zion and St. George, Utah. Enjoy two open great rooms that are perfect for entertaining while cooking with friends and family. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park are only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby.
