This kid friendly home has 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 brand new Birch hybrid organic hypoallergenic king beds, and 1 queen bed. The 40 foot pool has a great water slide, creating lots of fun for the "kiddos",both young and old! Cook up some hamburgers and hot dogs out on the patio and relax under the Gazebo. Putting green for the golf enthusiasts in the family. After a fun filled day, sit down and relax with 4 flat screen TV's through out the house with Dish Network and 'The Hopper' and Blue Ray DVD. or play cards or family games. Outlet mall near by, Zion National Park and Snow Canyon Park for hiking and canyoneering, Sand Hollow and Quail Reservoirs for beach and boating and all other water sports. Sand dunes for ATV adventures. Tuachan amphitheater features Broadway shows outside under the stars. World class golf all over St George and even a Costco within one mile!!! Our host was great and very accommodating. She was extremely responsive which we greatly appreciate. A great things need improvement. The master bed was very squeaky and the ceiling fan needs to be fixed as it’s clicked all night long. The TVs need to be updated. They aren’t easy to navigate and there are no kids entertainment on them. Some upgrades here would have been a 5 star review. The pool was great and the kids had a blast swimming during it stay.

The location was close to stores and close to the Softball fields and restaurants… The home was geared more for families with kids on a budget. The home was comfortable but definitely needed to be cleaned and organized better, not your typical updated and high end place to stay.

This is a lovely property! The pool was great, lots of room for everyone, a well stocked kitchen, and so many towels which is rare. Unfortunately all the towels were musty as if they were left wet in the washer for too long. Every pillow in the place was very old and should be replaced. I am always annoyed by ‘here are all the pretty pillows on the bed, now please put them away’ silliness. Finally, when I am charged a cleaning fee, I should not be asked to start laundry..

The owner, Debbie, was a joy to communicate with. Every response was kind and timely. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay immensely. Although the weather was extremely hot we were able to stay cool and comfortable between the AC and the pool. There were a few spots in which the housekeepers looked like they either missed completely or did a rushed job. I actually let Debbie know and she was happy that it was brought to her attention so that she could fix the situation. All in all we had a great week here and felt completely relaxed when we came home. We would definitely choose to stay here again!!!

The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is super clean, beds are comfortable, has pots and pans to use, bathrooms had plenty of towels, wifi is good -- just an overall beautiful house. The highlight of our stay was the pool! If you keep the cover on it and go swimming later in the day, the water is warm. Nice chairs to sit on outside. I highly recommend this rental. The owner always answered our questions.

We loved our stay at this house. It was conveniently located between all our favorite places to visit (13 minutes to Pioneer Park, 20 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park, 30 to Kolob Canyon part fo Zion, 45 minutes to Zion). It was clean, comfortable, roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. My kids spent most of the time in the pool even though we never figured out how to turn on the slide!

The house and pool were great. The host responded very quickly to questions. The kitchen was well stocked - the grill was used every night and cooked everything to perfection. Our party was three retired couples and there was plenty of space for indoor and outdoor seating. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping, golf and Zion. We enjoyed our time in the house and plan to go back!
