    We went in oct and did not even mention about my birthday but they sent a surprise cake to our room. It was such a sweet gesture. Animals well kept and rooms very spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly. I asked if they could provide something vegetarian for breakfast andthey went above and beyond with a huge, impressive variety of vegetarian options for breakfast. Never seen such a service before. Loved the experience. Great place for kids.

    We had so much fun! It’s such a brilliant idea to combine a resort with a zoo — it’s wonderful, especially if you have children. They absolutely loved it! Our room was right next to the pool, and we booked two rooms that were interconnected — wow, what a fantastic feature! We truly enjoyed our stay at Emirates Park Resort. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!🙏

    A unique stay right in the middle of the zoo, conveniently close to the airport. Having access to the park included is a nice bonus, and being woken up by the distinctive calls of the wildebeest is certainly not your average hotel experience. My room did happen to overlook a wall rather than the animals, though. The swimming pool is a welcome way to cool off, especially in the heat. The restaurant is more of a theme-park canteen than a dining destination, with plastic chairs and football on TV, so keep your culinary expectations in check. Overall, a fun and unusual experience, particularly if you're travelling with children or simply fancy sleeping somewhere a little different.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this accommodation, especially because I had stayed here before and had a pleasant experience in the past. I was returning for a short layover of around 16 hours and simply wanted a comfortable place to rest before continuing my journey. I had emailed in advance to request the giraffe room, understanding that it was not guaranteed but that the staff would try to accommodate my request if it was available. I explained this to the customer service representative at the check-in desk and also mentioned that I had enjoyed my previous stay. Unfortunately, the response and attitude I received were completely disappointing. She said you will get whatever room you booked. The staff member was unfriendly, dismissive, and spoke to me in an aggressive tone. She said, “We don’t have it. If I do, why wouldn’t I give it to you?” My request was never a demand or an expectation that I was entitled to that particular room. I understood that availability could be an issue. What upset me was the unnecessary attitude and the way she communicated with me as a paying guest. A simple, polite explanation would have been perfectly acceptable. The room itself was also disappointing. There were no towels provided, and when I requested them, only two towels were brought up. There were no hand towels or face towels. Water was leaking out of the shower, so I had to request a bath mat. When housekeeping arrived, I asked if we could have hand towels, but I was told they could only provide them if I handed over the wet towels for exchange. To make matters worse, the floor near the waiting area beside the check-in desk was sticky from spilled lemonade, giving a poor impression of the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Considering I was only there for a short layover, I expected a clean room, basic amenities, and courteous customer service. Instead, the experience was stressful and frustrating. Honestly, I would have been better off staying at the airport for those 16 hours rather than spending money on this accommodation. It is particularly disappointing when a place you previously had a pleasant experience at fails to meet those same expectations. Management needs to address the standard of customer service and the maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities. Staff should understand that even when a guest's request cannot be accommodated, it is possible to communicate that politely and professionally. Customers do not expect every request to be granted, but they do deserve to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, this stay has changed my impression of the property, and based on this experience, I would think twice before returning.
