    The staff is nice, location is good, but the room is small, and some of the facility ain’t maintained.

    No bidet. Separate area for toilet and bath. Good ammenities especially the free snacks at the lobby. This would be excellent if they added bidet.

    We recommend this if you would like a mold-infested (霉菌) room (see photos), that cause breathing difficulties and will trigger your asthama. Booked 5 days of the boutique room and was checked into room 306. Front desk service staff were helpful. Checked in at 3pm, dropped my luggage and left the room shortly after. Noticed many spots on all walls, and thought that room wasn't the cleanest but reckon things acceptable as I assumed 'spots' and 'marks' merely stains. Came back ard 12+/1am to rest for the night and came back to a distinct smell in the room. One of us started having respiratory issues and we started inspecting the room closely. You can zoom in photos to see there are both black and white mold infestation in the room. It was really late then but we couldn't even stay for the night bcus of how bad the infestation was. We went down promptly to inform the front desk staff that the room was unfit for stay and brought them up to the room to show them the mold infestation.They were understanding and told us they would inform management of our case and that we are requesting for full refund. At 2+am, we had to make a rush booking of another hotel nearby and get there in the rain. Just didn't want to be breathing in mold throughout the night. Anyway, royal rose hotel got back the next day refusing full refund, offering only partial refund. Replying that we have checked in and used the room (actually we couldnt even stay long enough to unpack...shower/bed/TV were untouched).They denied that there were mold(see photos, zoom in) saying they were just stains. Only realise after that already other visitor posted previously about mold on google. We understand that condition of rooms might deteriorate with time, so was initially patient and hoped the hotel would acknowledge and honestly address the issue. But they are dishonest about condition of the rooms in the end...
