The room was really clean and the heating was good. Excellent buffet breakfast, worth the money. Thank you very much to all staff (the reception area, the breakfast room, the cleaners) who looked after our family well.

Staff, location and breakfast were all fabulous. Very quiet hotel within 3 blocks of old town square. Great wine bars and restaurants nearby. Loved everything.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Metropolitan Old Town
First time in Prague. From the moment we checked in, the staff set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The facility itself was spotless throughout, with our room arriving immaculately clean and remaining that way. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully presented, which speaks volumes about the hotel's standards overall.
The accommodation was exactly as described. The room matched what we expected perfectly, with comfortable bedding, ample space, and all the amenities you could ask for. It is always reassuring when a hotel delivers precisely what it promises, and this one did without question.
A special mention goes to the breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The spread was impressive, with a wide variety of hot and cold options, fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, quality cheeses and cold cuts, and excellent coffee. There was genuinely something for everyone, and we looked forward to it every morning. If you are visiting the Old Town area, Hotel Metropolitan is an easy recommendation and we will be back without hesitation.
