    Great location! FYI - No breakfast/dining area/bar area at the hotel. Staff are not on site 24/7, but there's a number if you need to call someone.

    Let me start by saying the deluxe double room is incredible, the bed was enormus (almost made for giants), the view was on the canals with 3 windows overlooking it from different directions. Absoultely charming. We also got free drinks from the fridge which was a plus, surprising for a 3-star hotel:) The location is right next to all the hotspots you would want to visit, close to the 9th street and all your uncle's favorite museums. The staff were absoultely great and helpful, Stephane helped my severe migraine by getting me a painkiller when everything around was closed, which literally saved me!! THE ONLY CON: The room could use a lot of cleaning. If you're going to have a room with a "view", the windows better be at least clean, which wasn't the case.. in fact it was so dirty that sometimes it was hard to ignore. Desk was dusty too and overall the room could take more care from the staff. I would love to give this 5 stars as we really enjoyed our stay, but the dirty windows alone took a 1 star off. Still woud reccommend!

    Easy access for public transportation. Fatima really helpful for change my dates. We came when dark, so no staff at the moment, but instructions regarding key, etc was very clear. Recommended hotel in Amsterdam with really good price.

    Easy to check in , no hassle for anything. All works , airco Heating, frigobar with Welcome Drinks and Good Quality toiletry. I wish it was hidden and i could stay there
