    This was our second time staying at this hotel, and we were just as happy with our experience. Although we encountered a minor issue during check-in because one of the lifts was temporarily out of service, the staff responded promptly and rectified the situation right away, which we really appreciated. The hotel's location is excellent, with Imago Shopping Mall just a few minutes' walk away, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. There's also a mamak restaurant, laundry service, and convenience store right behind the hotel, making it very convenient for guests who need a quick meal or other essentials. One thing to note is that the hotel is close to the airport, so you can hear airplanes taking off and landing. However, it wasn't a major issue for us. Overall, we had another pleasant stay. The convenient location, responsive staff, and nearby amenities make this a hotel we'd happily return to again. :)
