Ritz Residence - A Member of The Luxury Hotel Group

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I am very satisfied with the service. Initially, I booked a King Room with Pool View, but I was pleasantly surprised when the management upgraded me to a King Room with Balcony at no additional cost. A special thanks to my host, Vinah, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. The service was truly excellent. The comfort and overall experience felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. Complimentary mineral water and soda were available without any extra charge, and the bathroom amenities were also well provided. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

The prayer space was a little limited, but it was still sufficient to perform prayers comfortably without obstructing the walkway or access to other areas of the room.

Great location for exploring the area from. The owners/staff were very helpful answering all our questions and giving recommendations when we needed them. Nice touch to get fresh bottles of water every day

Location and your staff services.

The size of the room and lobby which was not safe as too many visitors were just coming in and out; and resting on the sofas in the lobby.

Fabulous location as you go down from lift in few steps is the Imago mall as your facility in same building; Futuristic interiors and fittings; Clean facility; Very friendly and helpful staff; Free parking.

As it is in a residential condominium, my first room had huge noises from above due to walking and jumping. Although the staff tried their best to convey I suppose it is beyond their control as not all units belong to the property. The rooms are too small and the layout of my second room is very awkward with the TV at your side of the bed with the potential to hurt if you stand up without being extra careful. The WC, although modern, I felt it's small and cramped.
