This was a great hotel. It was right downtown Santa Rosa across the street from the little park, a coffee shop, actually several coffee, shops and restaurants and other shops. The mall was two blocks away and so was the entire downtown Santa Rosa. This hotel exceeded all my expectations in cleanliness, the staff, and location. Plus, this was a large room. The living part of the room where the bedroom was was huge with two separate windows overlooking the courtyard and the park. Then there was a small area with the vanity table and sink and then a bathroom area with an extra door for privacy. I was on the second floor and the windows actually opened. The bed was so comfortable. I wish I could’ve brought it home lol. I paid *** through *** for this hotel room. There’s also a restaurant that is in the hotel that has a completely separate bar area. Great food and drinks. I’m definitely going back.

I love stating here. The staff treats me like family. There is a nostalgia to always coming back here both in ambiance and in my own personal experiences.

It’s a cute old hotel, but a little funky. The shower would not get hot and when I told the front desk they didn’t offer a discount or anything. Also, there is a window above the main window that did not have a curtain and the sun shined in at 5:30 AM.
