Hotel besar, dekat dengan banyak resto nasi dengan porsi jumbo, dekat dengan al baik, lokasi ke masjidil haram agak jauh tapi ada free shuttle ke masjidil haram 24 jam, jika ketinggal shuttle bisa jalan kaki 15 menitan ke terminal bis tapi jangan lupa bawa kartu hotel agar free, kamar nyaman dan dingin, resepsionis ramah

The Staff is amazing. The Female on the counter was good in English which was a huge plus. Language is usually a problem but here it was good. Staff was overall great. Services were top notch Bus shuttle was also spot on from door step to Haram. All was great.

We stayed at Makarem Mina for 3D2N during the last days of Ramadan. The location in Aziziyah is quite convenient, and the Mina area is very lively, especially during this period. There are supermarkets, food options, and easy access to the Makkah bus stops nearby, which made getting around very manageable.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The hotel building is a bit old, but it was still comfortable and did not affect our overall experience.
One small suggestion would be to improve the accuracy of the bus schedule, as timing could be clearer. The bus stops at Sheb Amir Station (Zone B), which is close to the Gaza and Marwah entrances—very convenient for praying in the extension area and returning quickly afterward.
Overall, a pleasant and practical stay, especially during the busy Ramadan period.
