    I had a really good stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the overall experience was pleasant. The location was convenient, and everything was well maintained. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!

    Hotel is good, with all cleaning, good staff only parking issue as they don’t have their own parking and they keep cars parked on road side only

    The hotel needs to pay much more attention to cleanliness. There were cockroaches throughout the rooms, which is unacceptable and requires urgent pest control and thorough cleaning. Please introduce a rule requiring staff to remove their shoes or wear clean shoe covers when entering occupied guest rooms to provide services. The café plates were also very dirty. They must be thoroughly washed and checked before being provided to guests. Basic hygiene should be a priority.
