Not really felt comfortable on the stay especially the staff was bitter.

I liked the hotel room beds were clean and neat with the restroom facilities and the hot water and stuff

The staff were tried to rob me more money as I don't know Hindi and communicating in english and asked me two night stay money for one night booked hotel. I reached the hotel midnight around 3AM and raised the special request to inform this prior to arrange my room but didn't get any response actually once I reached the stay they told me that there is no room available and I was sleeping on the varandah couch that felt so uncomfortable

Good Property, Unfair Practice

Comfortable place to stay, convenient central location. The owners are nice people, rooms are neat and clean.w

Booking.com asked me to select a room, tariff was shown Rs. 700 after discount of Rs. 200. The room that was shown was a double bed room, but at the hotel it was shown as single bedroom. I had booked a double bedroom for single occupancy at 700 after 200 discount. I had to cancel my original booking and then opt for the double bedroom at Rs. 900. This has happened the second time. Both the times the single bedroom was not available. The hotel people were good , they provided me with alternate accommodation, but it cost me 200 more. The fault lies with Booking. Com. You show a double bedroom, book single bedroom and that is not vacant/available on reaching hotel. The hotel Rangoli is not responsible for this stupidity.

Everything is fine except hotel owner behaviour. He didn't respond the call after reaching the railway station. Called him almost 20 times but not responding even didn't call back.. Rest staff is good..

Walls are crumbling off, good location

Bathroom was very clean. Room has a closet and even USB charger. You get soap and toilet paper. Area close to the dome and chameli market. Staff was okay, but difficult to speak in English. Room service was great and okay. It was easy to find with the provided pictures. Room has a small sitting area.

The air-condition is quite old and the Air coming has a moldy smell. No free water bottle provided. Curtains had lose ends, so couldn't be closed fully. At night there was loud disco sounds until 11.30 pm. The wall was partly crumbling off so room design way under our expectations. The camel on the wall was just a wall sticker and partly ripped off.

Stay was ok. Staff and food was good, but hotel needs ventilation.

The location was good. All the main attractions of Jaipur were with in 5 km area. Transport was available easily. Raj Mandir Cinema, Barbeque nation, big brand stores, Apple store were all at walking distance. Just 2 km away from Railway station. Hotel's food was very good but bit pricey.

The entrance, the whole building from outside need renovation. Building is totally closed, no balconies, room's window opens to a bad view. In case of fire it's very difficult to get out, everything is closed, so feels suffocating.

Location This budget hotel is on prime location of Jaipur City. It is on M.I. Road, Panch Batti, near Famous Lassiwala.

Maintenance of the property is poor, bathroom fittings are old and not working sometimes.

Only the Reception Area is good and also the lift facility is available. Nothing than that is as good, food is also very costly.

The Owner is not at all good at taking also I had bad experience at reception. The had issue in room cleanliness and our commode was not working at all, we inform them thrice they checked it, but nothing was working. We have to stay in same situation though they had room but they didn't changed it as we have booked in online. Had a very bad experience with bathroom facility also they won't provide any handwash they will ask u to use soap. At the end they will ask you to adjust and will talk with you rudely as you don't belong to that city.
