    I stayed here twice in August. Very central, breakfast good, clean and friendly staff. Be good if the pool was bigger it is spa size.

    Everything is great. Friendly front desk staffs. Need walk downstairs to reach their lobby. Near many Japanese restaurants and massage. Few local food stalls nearby.

    Me and my partner arrived and at first we were impressed with the spacious room. HOWEVER, my partner put something in the bin and found dirty toilet paper with poop on it. We headed down to reception and tried to explain however, they thought our toilet was broken and did not change the bin over until we got back and had to show them. Their own staff were disgusted by the sight. The loft bed was comfy but I would not recommend for tall people. I’m 5”3 and still had to bend right down. The spa bath broke mid bath and shot water all over the room. Once the bath drained the jets did not stop and they were LOUD. I headed back down to reception to tell them. They came up and did not know how to fix the problem either so they kill switched the spa after 30 minutes of them trying to fix it. We were nowhere near the city and had to grab to the city and we still didn’t have enough time to explore everything we wanted to. Nothing was walking distance.

    I lost my Rayban sunglasses during my stay there. Been sending emails to enquire about it but no response. And housekeeping is not thorough during my stay there. Pretty disappointed with the service
