Golden Queen Aparthotel is one of those places that’s so nicely tucked away in a corner, you might walk past it and wonder, “Wait… where’s the hotel?” 😂 But once you find it, you’ve struck gold.
The hotel is small and cosy, which gives it a nice, homely feel. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming—none of that robotic “Welcome, valued guest” stuff. They actually seem happy to see you!
The room also comes with kitchen amenities, which is a fantastic bonus if you feel like pretending you’re a Saigon local and cooking something… or, more realistically, buying food downstairs and putting it in the fridge. 😆
And the location is excellent. It’s tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but close to all the "action", clean or dirty. Very convenient for exploring Saigon.
Overall, Golden Queen Aparthotel is a charming little place with friendly people, useful facilities and a great location. Just keep your eyes open when looking for it—you might literally be standing next to it and not know it. 😂

This service apartment is decent for the price. You're around the city center, so your close to alot of restaurants and malls. I only have a few suggestions which are for the front desk staff to have better communication on whats app and minor improvement to housekeeping. After, I checked-in I noticed some housekeeping discrepancies and requested to have housekeeping for the next day at 12 p.m. and the staff acknowledged my request on whats app. But, no one came to my room to clean or update me on whats app the next day. Until I went to the front desk and re-addressed the issue. That said, regarding housekeeping the refrigerator shelves and microwave had residual food debris in them. Additionally, underneath the kitchen table floor and around the living room area floor there was some loose hair around the couch and foot rest. At a minimum, housekeeping should perform a quick check and wipe down inside the microwave, refrigerator shelves, and remove any residual food debris before turning it over to a new guest. In conclusion, my stay was overall good and pleasant.
