This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. It is small enough to feel intimate but large enough to have all the amenities. The spa is wonderful, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly and professional. We will stay here the next time we are in Istanbul.

Excellent hotel, great location, great breakfast buffet, service here is not so great, i asked for an orange juice and the waitress told me the i had to serve it myself. Lol.
Dont buy jewery at the hotel shops, way to expensive. Do it at the Gran Bazar.
Concierge was great. Helped me a lot.
