    Very sweet host and he can talk English very well. You can eat breakfast for around 2$ at the hotel and the rooms is also very clean and comfortable. We rented scooter from the hotel. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and marts. 10/10

    I’ve been on a few stays during my Vacation in Vietnam and this is one of the best. First of all the location is good, close to the Citadel. It was also very clean! Great AC, bed was perfect. But the thing that comes to mind was the outstanding service! From the moment you arrive they take care of you and your luggages. Hue is a place many spend little time so having the ladies (Vang and Nhi) at the hotel giving us advice and helping us decide what to do with the few hours we have was a lifesaver. Special mention for Vãng, she was super prepared. She gave me lots of advice, arranged a scooter for me and even told me I could have the breakfast for the day after ready in the fridge. Give the lady a raise! And my thanks! She’s the reason I could enjoy Hue without wasting the time looking up stuff and deciding. Place was so good the only comparison I can think of is the Nhat Ha Opera hotel in Saigon, 4 star hotel that costs $60-$100 per night. So really not a fair comparison. Only thing I found interesting was that the sink water was getting directed to the shower plate to get dumped with the shower water. 🤔Interesting design, they should add watersports to the services 😂
