Great location and friendly staff. And it’s always nice to have breakfast included, making it an easier start to your day!

This place was good. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked and there was a large mirror in the bathroom. The hotel was a non smoking on but there was someone smoking in the room opposite us which made our room smell too. The receptionist greeted us everyday and gave us information on Hue. The hotel is a short walk to the Main walking street. No complaints about this place, we would stay here again.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel. When I checked the room given to me, there was no TV and there was no response to our several requests for one. The TV came only the next morning, half an hour before checked out and we reject as it was to late. There was no apology at all. Next morning, when we ask the receptionist whether our breakfast was included, she called her superior and told it was so. We ordered our breakfast, another staff came with a handphone and asked my wife to listen. The caller inform that breakfast was not included. We have to pay 40,000 dong each for a small simple breakfast, which we felt was not worth it. The staff should be more professional. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel tucked away in the street of the main road. It's about 60m away from the main road. The hotel is nice , clean. The staff is helpful and very friendly . Also knowledgable about local eats. Hotel near the citadel. Took grab bike to the citadel.
