    Despite the room being small, it has everything you need for a few nights in London. Its just a 8-min walk to Russell Square Station to for a direct connection to Heathrow Airport. Also within easy walking distance to Euston Station and King's Cross. And most importantly, the rooms have air-conditioning. There is no table space for a laptop although a laptop beanbag was provided. so I wouldn't recommend it if you intend to do lots of work on your laptop in the room. Will definitely come back.

    We were there for about a week, we arrived quite a few hours before the usual check in time but there were able to provide a free room for us right away. The services from the staffs were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and we were greeted with good mornings and check ins every time. The hotel also provided luggage store service on our last day when we checked out which was very convenient for us as we had a late flight. The hotel has also the a/c.

    Unfortunately, I had a very poor night's sleep here despite the staff being genuinely nice and helpful. The main issue was the room itself. Throughout the night, the air conditioning kept switching on and off intermittently, making a loud noise each time it started. Even worse, the room light also turned on by itself repeatedly during the night. I asked about it, but the problem continued and woke me up multiple times. I was already exhausted and simply wanted a good night's sleep before travelling the next morning, but between the intermittent air-conditioning noise and the light randomly turning on, it was extremely difficult to rest properly. To be fair, the staff I interacted with were very friendly and nice, and I appreciate their help. Unfortunately, the room issues seriously affected my stay, and for a hotel, being able to get an uninterrupted night's sleep is one of the most basic expectations. I hope the hotel investigates both the lighting system and the air conditioning, as this really shouldn't happen to future guests.
