The property is conveniently near the city center, clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced—basically ticking all the important boxes. The bathroom and toilet are en-suite… with a bold, open-plan concept (no door), which may surprise you at first, but you quickly adapt and start questioning why doors were ever invented.
The owner is friendly, helpful, and professional—exactly the kind of person you hope to meet after a long trip. The kitchen doesn’t have a microwave, so no late-night reheated leftovers, but it makes up for it with fresh fruit, milk, and juice to keep things wholesome.
Overall, a great stay—I’d happily recommend it (just be ready to embrace the “open bathroom lifestyle

It was in a great location,with off road parking.The room was very nice and clean with a good ensuite .A tidy and ample breakfast area with a decent selection of cereals and tea and coffee. Convenient stay for the town centre .

Brilliant location for all that Harrogate offers !
Huge plus is on site parking for the duration of my stay. Would definitely recommend- I’ll certainly be back ! Thank you.
