Spotlessly clean, comfortable room in an ideal location. It's just 5 minutes from Harrogate centre. Paul was a lovely annd helpful host. We would definitely go back.

Very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and modern. Nice and spacious en-suite. Great location as you can walk to the town centre and the many local restaurants. There is parking available. Paul was welcoming and attentive. Good value for money!

Rang the owner a couple of days before our arrival not a problem that we were arriving at 2pm. Lovely greeting on our arrival by the owner nothing was a problem to him. Well presented room for our stay . Thank you we really enjoyed our stay.

The customer service here is out of this world lovely!! The owner is wonderful, and willing to help any way possible. Due to the weather it was a little warm in the room but other than that it did the job, perfect location to walk to the centre. Had tea and coffee for the morning to start the day right :)

I can't speak highly enough of Paul, the owner. He was extremely helpful at all times. Nothing was to much for him. The place is clean, warm and comfortable. And the breakfast was superb. I will definitely stay here again the next time I stay in Harrogate.

The stay was fine and the owner very welcoming. The room was very small and the decor is tired. It was all ok and I know that the price does reflect the area but I do believe £70 a night was overpriced for the particular room we had.

This hotel is about five minutes walk from the east side of the Harrogate convention centre. Thats why I stayed there in 2017. I went back in 2018 because it was clean and comfortable, and the Full English breakfast was superb.This isnt a full service hotel with wifi and mini-bars and so on; its seven rooms in a converted house, but the owners very attentive and helpful, and the place is clean and quiet. Ill definitely be going back again next time Im in Harrogate.
