Apart from there being no one in Reception and the hotel being closed when we and other guests arrived, we had no complaints. The hotel exterior may look a little tired, but inside it is very comfortable. It is well located, parking is good and the garden is an oasis of calm. Breakfast is excellent value, the breakfast room is delightful and the staff very efficient. We would happily return. A laundry service would have been nice.

This property is well located. The reception area is very welcoming and cosy. The room is a good size with sufficient room for luggage. We love the breakfast, not elaborate but plenty adequate. We love the staff. Very helpful, always with a smile. Glad we found this place.

Perfectly fine room and nice to have parking - but checkout was at 11 am and housekeeping knocked on the door 3 times between 10-11 am and at checkout time, we were leaving and she said "s'il vous plaitttttt" as if we were inconvenencing her. Not the best guest service given that we were in the room for less than 12 hours. We also checked in late - if you do so, make sure to call to get the code to enter as they don't give you late check-in details as most hotels would

It was very hot when we were there, 38+ and the only air conditioning was in reception so at night it was uncomfortable in the room. the location was good with a 10 minute walk to the main town and lake. We had our car and the parking was secure.

Only a short walk from Annecy town centre so suited us perfectly. Arrived before check in time but able to park car in hotel car park so no problem looking for parking in town. Hotel management really friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.
