Overall the property was nice and clean and very near to the China Import & Export Fair Complex with 8 min walking distance .This place was good place if you were to attend any fair held in this area either CIEFC or PWTC.
I was lucky there is receptionist who can communicate in English during my check in and Check out. Hotels has nice view with the river view and city.
The Bedlinen in the room was torn and the housekeeping don't bother to change it while staying there.

The property is nice and located close to the metro. Great location, not far from anything via metro. Room was pretty comfy and clean. The front desk is a bit confusing because there are three companies that rent hotel rooms in this property. Besides the language barrier, I felt the service could have been better.
All and all, we were really pleased and had a great time in Guangzhou 👌

None of the staff speak English that make checkin Very hard when all your paperwork and confirmations are written in English
Only 3 lifts access the higher floors but all lifts access lower floors so if your above floor 30 the lifts are very slow.
