    Nice hotel. Clean.modern. but they run a sort of scam.they ask you to deposit 500 yuan per room per night when you check in!!! It simply doubles the price of the room!!! We refused and argued that they was not on agoda!!! When we asked for duty manager they waived it off!!!!?!

    Nice rooms and restaurants (Ming Court). Provided good service which includes early and late check-out, decent room decorations for couple celebrations. Only downside is that it is located at Pazhoul. Taxi took about an hour to reach Beijing road due to heavy traffic. Nice ice drip coffee.

    First time in GZ, wanted a quiet hotel that is central located. Stayed 2 nights. The first day breakfast was ok quite and composed. The 2nd day, the cafe was overcrowded and overflowing. 1. We struggled to find a table. Every table was contested. I pity the elderly and children. No way they r winning the army. I went to check. They took some new 700 pax. 2. Long queue in almost all stations, bowls were inadequate. I feedback to the staff. I see 2 manager and 2 waitress nonstop clearing tables. I forcefully stopped 1 cuz they r avoiding eye contact. I told her abt the que and lack of food. She asked to serve me and took my order. She says there is a 15min waiting time. So i waited for table n now for food. The food came but tasted like they were haste fully made. 3. My wife decided to brave the swamp, she was pushed and hurried out of position to take. She was shocked and gave up. We faced chaos but not at this level. 4. I went to feedback to the duty mgr, he was apologetic but he cant do nothing. We waited for 30min for the crowd to die down. But by then alot of empty chafing dish and the variety of dim sum is gone. The q at cook station still stayed. Conclusion, i empathise the ops folks they r trying their best but the mgmt clearly had poor planning. The cafe cant handle such big crowd at the expanse of other hotel guests. No amount of sorry can fix the nightmare i endured. I jokingly said my stomach is full of anger n since there is only bread left. I will be vegetarian for morning.
