I travel extensively, have visited around 45 countries, and for the past six months I have practically been living in hotels around the world. So, at this point, it takes quite a lot to impress me with hotel service. Yet this hotel — now on my second stay — has managed to do exactly that once again. What stands out most is not that problems never occur - they can happen anywhere. It is the attitude of the staff. If something does come up, you never feel as though you have been left alone to deal with it. The staff are genuinely interested in finding a solution - quickly, calmly and with real care. Breakfast is another major plus. Even a European traveller looking for more than just carbohydrates in the morning can easily find plenty of protein-rich options, while still having the opportunity to enjoy delicious local dishes. But the laundry room deserves a special mention -it is an entirely different level of hotel civilisation. In 45 countries, I have honestly never experienced anything quite like it. You can wash and dry your clothes yourself and even iron a jacket. And if you forget to move your laundry from the washing machine to the dryer, a member of staff will do it for you, neatly fold everything, pack it into a bag, and deliver it to your room. At some point, you begin to suspect that this hotel takes better care of your laundry than you do yourself. Excellent quality, exceptionally well-organised service, wonderful staff, and a very convenient location near the exhibition centre. If Booking allowed me to give this hotel 100 out of 10, I would. This is already my second stay here — and perhaps there is no better recommendation than choosing to come back.
