    It's the ideal holiday hotel friendly staff food is excellent and it's central to all amenities especially the Boardwalk would highly recommend for everyone

    I have never felt so unwelcome in a hotel. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Room provided shampoo, lotion and body gel but no conditioner? When I asked for some I received a rude note saying conditioner is NOT supplied by the hotel !!!! (exclamation marks were theirs, not mine). I asked for late check out and was told there was R100 fee per hour for late check out. I have NEVER paid extra for late check out. The only bright spot in this blah hotel was the porter. He was superb!
