Very accommodating hostess, excellent communication, clean premises. Rooms were serviced early and efficiently. Any queries were dealt with quickly. Rooms were very large. Hostess made sure to give the load shedding schedule daily for planning.
Pillows had no pillow protectors so they smelled - they were also soft and uncomfortable. Fan ceilings covered in dust. The gate did not automatically close and got stuck regularly.
