    Harolds Hotel has been my “go to” property in Cebu for years. It pretty much checks all of the boxes for me. The location is great, it is a short walk to Ayala Mall, and a number of restaurants. The staff is super friendly and professional, and I find the rooms to be clean and the beds comfortable. The value is great at this price point and I highly recommend it.

    We had an amazing time during our one-night stay. In the evening, we visited their rooftop bar and enjoyed their drinks while listening to live music. The next day, they provided a complimentary breakfast buffet, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food. We had high expectations for the service and amenities offered, and we’ve got more than that. Thank you for the great accommodation; it’s truly commendable.

    No guard in the parking entrance so you won't know where to park, we had to go to the office beside it just to open the barricade. Parking in the basement smells awful. During check-in we had to wait since the front desk receptionist is not there. We were not informed of what time the breakfast it other info like other hotels do upon check-in, she just gave us the key card, that's it. When we entered the room the smell is dirty not fresh, AC was still not on unlike other hotels. Room I think is normal.
