    Very nice property, super clean and cozy with delicious and high variety breakfast. The staff the staff the staff.. what can I say and how I could describe how nice, friendly and helpful staff starting from Mr. Issam (the hotel manager) who invited us for a complimentary breakfast upon our arrival once he knew the we had an early morning flight, to Yusra and the 3 Osama in the front desk to the restaurant staff specially Rami and Zeyad who were super nice and helpful with amazing smile all the time. Last but not least Mahmoud from the concierge desk who helped us to return back our mobile from the airport taxi when we discovered that my son has forgot it there, he told us to go and have some rest and he will take care of it.. and as promised we took 2 hours sleep and when we waked up the lost mobile was brought to us by Mahmoud. Honestly, I can’t never ever think about any negative point during our stay .. I have no doubt that we will definitely come back to Hilton Amman for our next visit to Amman.

    My experience at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, I specifically requested a room with a large bed as i mentioned in the booking remarks , but never give me, I was given a connected room with the excuse that no other rooms were available! The room was uncomfortable, and lacked privacy due to the connecting door to another room, which was incredibly annoying, When I asked to upgrade to a better room, I was shocked to know that they wanted an additional $100 per night! This outrageous fee was completely unjustified,later on the duty manager changed the room to better one without any charge To make matters worse, I was not allowed to use my own power adapter in the room, citing "hotel policy." How am I supposed to charge my devices or use my personal electronics if I’m not even allowed to plug them in? This was beyond unreasonable and incredibly frustrating. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its promises. The staff was uncooperative, the prices were excessive, and the policies were restrictive. I would not recommend staying here to anyone, and I will definitely be sharing my terrible experience with others. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!
