The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space for a family.
The location is good, although you'll likely need to use Uber to reach most attractions, unless you don't mind a 20-minute walk.
One issue with our reservation was eventually handled professionally. We had booked two Premium Rooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with two separate beds. Upon arrival, both rooms had king-size beds. The reception initially explained that the hotel was fully booked and couldn't provide a room with two beds, despite our confirmed reservation. After discussing the issue, they offered to add a second bed to the room at no extra charge, which we appreciated.
Overall, I would rate our stay 4.5 out of 5.
The beds were comfortable, but not among the most comfortable I've experienced at five-star hotels.
The swimming pool is surprisingly small compared to other five-star hotels in Amman, and the breakfast was good but could offer more variety and higher quality.
The biggest disappointment was the jacuzzi. Its current location makes it impractical to use.
The only other issue was the room assignment at check-in. Receiving a different room configuration than the one that was confirmed was disappointing, especially when traveling as a group.
