    Thank you for the great top floor corner room, it felt like a mini Penthouse, very clean. The hotel is very convenient located to the Shinkansen Tracks.

    VERY CLEAN. Accessibility is awesome too. Can’t complain but Japanese hotels tend to a little too squeeze, and would be even awesome if they have washers. YET all are perfect organized and hotel staff with good English and great customer services. Beyond expectations.

    We stayed 2 nights here in a small twin rom and its really very small. We could only open 1 suitcase at any one time. The main door to the toilet at the other side of the room just is 4 steps so I would suggest booking a bigger room if you are staying here. Location is great as its right at Shin-Osaka station (North exit for JR and near Tully's coffee). Staff were friendly and room was clean. They provided toothbrushes, comb, tea, etc at the reception as well. There are many eating outlets at the station and it was a seamless train ride from Tokyo and to Kansai airport as well.
