Super friendly staff, very attentive, helpful, and welcoming. The location is excellent. The rooms are a bit small, but clean and more than sufficient for a short stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Small - but who cares when you have all of Istnabul to explore - but very comfortable room.
Great location with easy walking distance to the Egyptian Bazaar, a gajillion restaurants and eateries, ferry's and public transportation.
Staff was tremendously helpful and welcoming.
Breakfast was included and was more than ample.
Definitely our go to accommodations in Istanbul

SuB Karakoy Special Class is my go-to boutique hotel in Istanbul each time I am passing though town. The rooms, though small, are perfectly appointed and comfortable. The staff, led by the GM Alp, is exceptional. You have access to the more upscale sister hotel next door for a excellent breakfast with a spectacular roof top view as well as the hotel's spa. When you step out the door you are immediately thrust he charming Karakoy neighborhood and its cafes, restaurants and vibrant local scene. A tram station is nearby for longer wxcursions.tram. The rate is very reasonable. All in all SuB Kara is a fantastic place ro stay in Istanbul's Karakoy neighborhood.
