Our stay at the Margaretville Mtn Inn was fantastic. The room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast that was served was wholesome and delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful remote location. A throw back in time!! And the hot tub was a nice touch! Host was very laid back and kind. Food was yummy!!

First, I want to assure everyone that no bears were encountered. The inn is a stunning example of Victorian architecture and transports one to other times and places. Breakfast was delectable, with warm blueberry coffee cake and homemade waffles.
The best part of this visit was the company of the hostess and her daughter-- great conversation. Also fun to visit with the other guests in the dining room. Hot tub was lovely. Views of majestic hills abound. Do it!!
