    While the location and hotel are new, the overall setup lacks the hospitality that reflects true British warmth. Guests are charged £3 per piece for left luggage, and the rooms do not provide a water boiler, coffee/tea facilities, or even a fridge. On top of these shortcomings, the prices are higher compared to other hotels of the same level, which makes the value feel unbalanced. Despite the staff being extremely nice — especially ***— the experience feels diminished when essential comforts are missing. Unfortunately, I would not return, as the property loses out by offering less in a competitive market.

    As many have said, the room space is small. My luggage could open comfortably but I think if there's two or luggages, space could be an issue. I stayed for only one night and have everything I need. After I've checked out, I could still use the WiFi and space on the ground floor to do some work on my laptop so it's a plus point for me. The luggage cost is £3 per item. I knew it from other guests' reviews so it wasn't a problem for me. Location was great and bed was comfortable so another plus point. Air con is very strong so will be a great choice for the summer season.

    Don't expect too much from this fairly central located Hotel. To be fair, room is clean and staff is friendly. But they don't even have an electric kettle in the room which is kind of a standard facility in the UK hotels. Very noisy in the night with the double glazed window closed tightly. Rooms are poorly sound proofed and make it very difficult for me to sleep. I'm very adaptable to new environment as a frequent traveller. I'm really sorry to leave a sour review But I really didn't Enjoy my stay here.
