Super comfortable stay in a quiet neighbourhood that was perfect for my needs. Only had trouble turning on the kitchen light (not sure if the glove was blown?) but other than that, a lovely spot for a few nights’ stay.

Very convenient for the Rock en Seine festival we were visiting in a quiet area. Rooms small but, hey, it’s Paris and everything well appointed and very high standard of cleanliness. Guy on front desk when we arrived was very helpful and friendly. Metro (Line 10) literally just around the corner if you need to get in to central Paris. Overall, good stay

The room was small, but that's typical for European hotels. The people who work here went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, including getting my sister checked in early because she was tired from her flight, as well as holding our luggage so we could enjoy our last day in Paris before heading to the airport. The location was quiet and safe- we walked around late at night and never felt nervous. And there are several dining options close by. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and all sites easily (admittedly, we are marathon runners so walking 3 miles is pretty tame). Also, the blackout shades were incredible and both my sister and I have looked into getting some for our homes.

The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning and the descriptions says Ceiling fan and doesn’t have ceiling fan just a floor fan as per my request they give me an extra small fan the room because the other was in the living room.

Modern, clean property and very close to subway (150m). Could also walk to Eiffel Tower in 25min. Good residential neighborhood with a lot of restaurants nearby. No front desk and checking in after hours a little difficult.

The apartment was clean, bright, plenty of room for our family of 3. It was very quiet considering it was in a large apartment complex. The kitchen was stocked to get your day started. The bathroom had basic amenities and the Monoprix (like US Target) had shampoos/conditioners if needed. The location was perfect for us. Comfortable shady walk to 2 metro stations, easy street for Bolt pick up. Large Monoprix nearby for everything including groceries (butter, yogurt, snacks!). And many bakeries within a few minutes to walk to every morning for fresh baguettes and croissants! Roland Garros was a 20 minute walk to the gap in the sidewalk barricade. (We made the mistake of google mapping to our gate on our ticket and had to detour because the sidewalk was blocked for queuing.) Communication with the manager was easy on WhatsApp, not only for check in/out but also recommendations!

I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to Paris, and while the property itself was okay, I was very disappointed with one aspect of my experience. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised gym facilities, only to find out that the gym was not actually located within the hotel itself and was NOT free to access. The hotel should have been much more transparent about the gym being a paid facility located off-site. Additionally, it was clear that customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority, as they didn’t even offer an apology or explanation upfront. I was also very disappointed with Hotels.com for not managing the situation well. They should ensure that the information presented on their website is accurate and verified. While the rest of my stay was fine, this lack of communication and transparency left a bad impression. I would advise others to confirm the gym situation before booking.

There are multiple buildings/units managed by one company. We were directed in an older building with decent renovation of the unit. Other units were not for rent. no amenities in our building other than in-unit amenities -kitchen/internet/etc. Great neighbourhood.

Check in was really easy and the man was very friendly. Our apartment was around a 5 minute walk from check in which was fine for us as we didn’t have much luggage. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Neighbours above were a little bit noisy but not enough to stop us sleeping. Short walk to the metro, around €12 for an uber to the Eiffel Tower and a 5 minute walk from a nice park to walk around

Hôtel is currently under renovation, which led to paint sheets tapped up on floors and stairs, paint buckets right outside my room (which I had to step over!), tradesmen drilling and sanding right outside my door well after 6pm. There was no forewarning and the hotel didn’t offer any discount.

Overall, we had a great time at Residence Aurmat although we were asked to go to a different building than the one in the website. The place is spacious and clean and it has all the necessities we needed. The stairs put us off a bit because we were carrying big luggage but other than that, we had a lovely time. The owner(?) was very nice and friendly. :)

There was a problem with the Internet being disconnected midway through the telework, but it was promptly taken care of. The staff was always quick to respond.

I stayed in a single room forone week, that was compact and convenient. Only inconvenience with recycling: I got a big trash bin only on the last day. Guests have to take their own trash to common basement. No recycling of paper/plastic/etc.Bed and pillow ok

We have stayed 6 nights in the studio (3pax). The apartment is well-equipped with everything. It looks exactly as what the photos are.Location - just one minute away from the subway station, a few supermarkets and many eateries.Staff - The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They offered to carry the luggage given there is no lift in the apartment. Apartment - It is equipped with all you need, the towels are so clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the dish cleaning sponge is new (some apartment did not provide new), the utensils are in very clean and good in condition, we love our BEDs (too comfortable), the aircon is working perfectly!! And there are 3 big windows in our room which provide brightness and wind. The shower room is abit small, but we are fine with that.Overall, we really love this apart-hotel :)
