    The place is good location wise& clean. They don't have a front desk in the hotel & it is managed by another hotel 150 meters away. Not receiving this detail puts the guest in difficulty.

    We loved the place and how convenient it was to get around. However during our arrival we had some difficulties checking due to different booking id provided. The door to the building is also only accessible with a specific code that was not informed. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

    Not a terrible place to stay at. The building has a lift and rooms have a safe. Our room was very spacious and there's a great cafe (IPPA) a few mins walk away. It's not too far away from Wenceslas Square. Still a bit of a walk from most tour meeting points though. The main drawback is that there's no front desk. They provide a Whatsapp number for guest requests but I never got a response when I asked for bin liners.

    Having travelled through Europe, this place was the worst we've stayed in. The good.. location. its not far to the old city and there are good restaurants. The bad. We discovered our door wouldnt lock after we arrived and we needed to stay in to wait for the maintenance guy. Airco didnt work even after maintenance came and tried to repair it. Bed mattresses have seen better days, and the toilet seat was very loose. They did arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport, but it didnt arrive. After enquiries it wouldnt arrive for another hour so we scrapped that and went woth uber. Overall, we felt like its not being looked after (you even have to take your own rubbish out of the room!)
